Intro

The customer is a professional catalyst manufacturer, famous by OEM for well-known global vehicle brands. In order compliance EURO 6 standard and other requirements, the customer selected KGA proposal to use our GBD auto catalyst production line system. KGA solution minimum the requirement of operator, eliminate all possible faults from human operation with extraordinary productivity. The customer suffered low productivity with high defective rate before KGA solution has taken. After precise assessment, KGA propose to use two multi-function robots and customized machines for each process with integrate calculate system to fulfill the customer’s production requirement.
