The customer is heat exchanger manufacturer, the products such as radiator, condenser and PFC for all kinds of vehicles. The customer face with issues of unstable capacity and operator shortage, after multi discussions, the customer decided to use KGA full auto heater core assembly production line. This Kyougo solution minimum the requirement of operator, eliminate all possible faults from human operation. Only one operator needs for last process, all previous processes such as fin forming/collection and align with tube are fully automatic done by machine.
